Since the beginning of ARTSVP, we've been driven to develop a product that could meet everyone's needs. Our mission is to help as many events organisers as possible by simplifying the processes of taking and managing bookings. With our clients' feedback in mind, we've managed to reduce their time spent on menial tasks, whilst continuing to improve the visitor's booking experience. We look forward to helping a larger range of customers going forward.
We've also introduced free trials, allowing everyone to take their first 1,000 bookings without having to subscribe or enter card details.

The new Starter Plan
Over the last 12 months, we've spoken with many event organisers to try to understand what is essential for taking bookings. From these conversations we created a starter plan that includes the key features to handle bookings efficiently, build stronger relationships with customers and ultimately provide the best in-person visitor experience.
Priced at just £29 pm (£19pm if paid yearly), the Starter Plan provides businesses, charities and individuals the essential tools at an affordable price.
All customers on the Starter Plan will benefit from the ability to:
- Create event booking pages easily
- Manage bookings and guest-lists
- Grow your mailing list (not ours)
- Record who has been to your events
We think this plan is perfect for galleries running occasional events, including: private views, artist talks and tours

What will be the main differences between the Professional Plan and the Starter Plan?
The Professional plan allows you to supercharge your event teams by providing more technical features and a more personalised booking flow. We usually recommend Professional Plans in the following cases:
- You have numerous team members and need to give different level of access to each of them.
- You care about keeping your brand visible in events' pages with your fonts and colours. Check out examples of branded pages in this blog post.
- You need to send personalised invites. Find out more about everything you can do with invites.
- You are organising a vast number of events and need an organised dashboard. Read here about how the collections feature would solve this need.
Are there any new other changes that ARTSVP's audience should be aware of?
Whilst new features have been developed for the Professional and Enterprise plans, such as Invites or API Integrations, we've also worked hard in the last few months to simplify our users experience and education within the platform. Some of these additional updates include the ability to duplicate events in a single click making booking page creation super fast, improved booking management view, and segregated mailing lists.
Do you only do annual subscriptions?
No. You can pay monthly though there is a discount of 35% for individuals and teams on annual plans.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits and NGOs?
Our starter plan is designed to give the key features required at an affordable price. If you require advanced features then we can provide discounts on a case by case basis. Please contact [email protected].
I just have a one-off event, do I need a subscription?
In short it depends. If you have an event that will require less than 1000 bookings this can be handled in trial mode on one of the plans. You can also subscribe on a monthly contract which although a little more expensive than annual pricing gives you the flexibility to upgrade when you need the service. If you are doing a large one-off event we recommend reaching out to our sales team who can advise on the best value options based on your requirements.
The trial is designed to let you use ARTSVP to take real bookings. You can take up to 1000 real bookings while on the trial.
Can I sell tickets on the trial?
Yes of course you can sell tickets while on the trial. This is great way to see how simple ARTSVP makes the purchasing of tickets for your users.
How long can I be on trial for?
There is no time limit for your trial. You can use all the features in the selected plan for the first 1000 bookings you take.
What happens after I take 1000 bookings?
After the first 1000 bookings, ARTSVP will continue to take bookings on your behalf but you will need to upgrade to view these bookings.
